Современный подход к диагностике и лечению местно-распространенных злокачественных новообразований головы и шеи

   В связи со стремительным развитием новых диагностических и лечебных технологий лечение местно-распространенных форм злокачественных новообразований головы и шеи (ЗНОГШ) III–IV стадий остается одной из актуальных и нерешенных проблем клинической онкологии. В статье представлен обзор доступной литературы в библиографических базах данных, который свидетельствует о сохраняющейся тенденции роста заболеваемости злокачественными опухолями головы и шеи. Результаты исследования показали, что сведений, посвященных изучению роли химиоэмболизации злокачественных опухолей головы и шеи, в настоящее время немного. Но практически все авторы считают, что суперселективная эндоваскулярная химиоэмболизация опухоли у пациентов со ЗНОГШ может привести к существенному улучшению качества лечения и жизни пациентов. Также изучение проблемы осуществлялось по спискам литературы найденных статей.
